Privacy Policy
This Policy describes how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared and deleted when you use SnapListly. It follows the structure used in GDPR controller notices and names the payment operators with the legal entities they publish. It is a service notice, not legal advice.

SnapListly LLC is the controller of account data, project files and session data on this host. Card data is not collected by SnapListly LLC. Apple and Google are independent controllers of the payment data they collect to complete a purchase.
2. Service
SnapListly is a workspace for residential real-estate agents. The user uploads room photographs. A vision model returns a structured listing draft. After sign-in the project may be stored. Default product language is English. Interface and listing text follow the selected language (48 languages). The model prompt stays in English.

- Art. 6(1)(b) contract — account, listing draft, stored project, workspace.
- Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interests — security, login throttling, logs, fraud prevention.
- Art. 6(1)(a) consent — Google Sign-In; later social publishing; no marketing cookies today.
- Art. 6(1)(c) legal obligation — tax records of paid plans once billing operates.
5. Recipients
- Hosting of agency.snaplistly.com.
- xAI — photos and the English prompt only; API key stays on the server.
- Google LLC — only if the user starts Google Sign-In.
- translate.imetroll.com — UI strings to i18n/xx.json, not property photos.
- Apple and Google payment entities — section 6, only when the user pays.
No sale of personal data. No advertising pixels on these pages.
6. Payment operators (independent controllers)
SnapListly LLC does not receive or store card numbers. Checkout, when enabled, runs inside Apple or Google under their policies.

The operator that charges the instrument is controller of that instrument. SnapListly LLC is controller only of the resulting plan or token balance on the SnapListly account.
7. International transfers
Hosting and several processors are in the United States. EEA/UK use is a transfer outside those regions. Safeguards: purpose limitation, processor terms, and the published policies of Apple, Google and the model provider.
8. Photographs
Property rooms only. No identifiable people without agreement. Listing text is intended to be factual and fair-housing compliant.
9. Retention
- Account and projects — until deletion or a completed erasure request.
- Session — sign-out or expiry.
- Login attempts and logs — short operational window.
- Payment confirmations — tax and dispute period after billing starts.
10. Rights
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent: office@agency.snaplistly.com. Target response: 30 days.
EEA/UK: complaint to a supervisory authority (Poland: UODO, uodo.gov.pl). California CCPA/CPRA: we do not sell personal information.
11. Cookies
Essential cookie SLAPP. Language in localStorage. No advertising cookies.
12. Children
Professional real-estate use. Not directed to children under 16.
13. Security
HTTPS, hashed passwords, server-side API keys, host-limited session cookie.
14. Changes
Material changes are posted here with a new effective date.
